Q. What is MLA format?

MLA is a format for writing, editing and citing sources when completing a research paper. It was created by the Modern Language Association and is primarily used in literature, languages, and the arts. When using the MLA format, you should consult the MLA Handbook or your writing handbook, which can be found at the library if you do not have one already.
